    Support and Maintenance

    Standard Annual Support

    Support is paid annually and costs $1,000 per retail license purchased.

    Support provides you with access to faster response times from our support ticket system, upgrade protection for minor and major product upgrade (Ie. v2.0 to v3.0) and access to call-back support plus remote support sessions (as required).

    Enterprise Annual Support

    Enterprise support for unlimited licenses is available. Please call for pricing.

    Enterprise support provides you with access to our premier support team with the fastest response times from our support ticket system, upgrade protection for any product upgrade (Ie. PointFire 2007 to PointFire 2010) and access to direct phone support plus remote support sessions (when requested).

    Free Trial

    Simply download the software package you wish to trial and install. You must register on our site to download.
    Trials of our software are fully functional with no expiration! Use the product as long as you like and once you purchase your license key the IceFire ads will be removed from your site(s)!
